Overall:
I like the lighting. There are a few distractions, as with every photo.

Composition:
I'd like to see more of the ferris wheel. The thing in the bottom right corner is kind of distracting. I like the space on the left, I feel it gives the ferries wheel a more whimsical feel. I think maybe color would have been a better choice for this photo. I like the lighting, though it could be a bit lighter.

Emotion:
The lighting you've got going on here strikes me as more of a Zombie-Land carnival of horror kind of lighting - with that in mind, I'd like to see more Zombies (I'm kidding). I think brighter lighting would give this more of a fair/carnival feel.
