Overall:
I like the colors and the concept.

Composition:
I don't like how the chain near the top is out of focus, it's distracting to me. The white thing (a bolt?) is also rather distracting. The colors are nice. I like the subdued tones of the photo.

Emotion:
This photo has subtle emotion. The feeling of being chained to something, be it a pole, a bed, or a relationship is definitely there.
