This photo is very nice. It accurately portrays the soul of these cookie. The composition is interesting.
Composition:
I think another angle would have been more powerful - perhaps from below? - but the current angle is quite good. The cookies contrast well with the background, giving them dominance.
Emotion:
Aye, ye've acc'r'lty capt'red 'he soul o' t'em cookies. I'm assuming they make the viewer feel hungry (not me, but that's a personal matter). They look very innocent and harmless, to be sure.
